I am a graduate student in philosophy at MIT. Before coming to MIT, I studied philosophy and physics at Amherst College.
My research interests lie at the intersection of philosophy of mind, philosophy of action, and epistemology. I am currently writing a thesis on know-how and skilled action.
I also have interests in Indian and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, particularly in conceptions of attentional and moral cultivation in those traditions.
Here is my CV. My email address is dbianchi [at] mit [dot] edu.
The photograph to the right shows me drinking Chinese puer tea, an afternoon pastime picked up from this guy.
